Northumberland Community Mobilization Coalition

Large in geography yet relatively small in population, the Northumberland Community Mobilization Coalition (NCMC) is among the first semi-rural applications of the Situation Table and related CSWB planning, and it spans the towns of Port Hope and Cobourg, the First Nations Community of Alderville, and vast areas of rural, village and hamlet environments along the central-eastern shore and ridge areas north of Lake Ontario.
